How to order

Placing Your First Order
  • Find what you want to buy by finding it under a heading on the top or left menu. If you already know what you want to buy, just type its name in the search box.
  • Add it to your shopping cart by Just clicking the "Add to Cart" button on the item's product page. The Shopping Cart is where you store items you intend to buy. You can always delete items from the Cart or update quantity if you change your mind.
  • To add More Items Just click "Keep Shopping" button. When you've added everything you want to the Cart, click "View Cart" in the top right-hand corner of the page.
  • Once you are done shopping, Click on "CheckOut" button and then follow the directions to enter your information.
  • If an item is not available, we will contact you immediately.
  • Cancelled order: Your order will be declined if your billing or shipping information or credit card information is incorrect. Or your order required more information to continue and we did not receive that information.
How to pay

Credit card:
  • Abradel Beauty Supply accepts all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards. Your credit card will not be charged until your order has been shipped
  • We are confident about the transaction security we offer and back-up every purchase made online with a security guarantee.
  • Please make sure that your billing/shipping address and telephone number are all correct.
  • Otherwise, your order cannot be processed and it will be delayed.

  • In the payment with money order and checks, you need to contact us before you make or send it. Your order will not be shipped until your check is cashed. For any returned checks, there will be a charge of $40.00.
  • We can also ship your order C.O.D (cash on delivery). A $7.00 charge will be added. For any refused C.O.D., there will be a $10.00 fee imposed
  • The customer is responsible for any customs, fees or other additional charges that may be placed on the shipment.
  • If you live in Canada, you should expect the customs/border to add import duties, taxes, and fees that you will need to pay when the package is delivered.
Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order at any time before you click on the final SUBMIT button on the payment screen, by emptying your cart or closing your browser. If you wish to cancel your order after you have clicked the final submit, contact us immediately via email at info@abradel.com or via phone at 407-704-1521 or 407-924-3651 or both and we will not dispatch the order and refund your credit card with the order amount.
Return and Refund

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 10 calendar days of the date of purchase of the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact, manuals, accessories etc.).
  • It should be in a resellable condition unless it is a defective item, otherwise a 10% restocking fee will be applied to your credit card. All qualified returns will be done for a store credit or identical item.
  • You must contact us immediately via email at info@abradel.com or via phone at 407-704-1521 or 407-924-3651 .
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds to any package received without contacting us.
  • All the returned items must be in the original conditions with original package, including all of its included contents, otherwise the returns will be refused and your returns will be sent back to you with charging the shipping fees.
  • In case of the item which is warranted by manufacturer, such us electrical Products, no returns will be allowed. All appliances have a one year warranty by the manufacturer. Please contact the manufacturer for replacements. You can however contact us for manufacture's contact information in case one is not listed on the packaging.
  • Product Return Conditions:
  • We are unable to refund items that are open, used, damaged, defective or incorrect.
  • Hair Care/Skin Care Products: All such products must be returned in original package, unopened. It must be returned within 10 calendar days of the date you received the item.
  • Clearance/Sale Items: No returns will be accepted on any item that is on sale or clearance.
  • Please, send back the item via UPS ground or USPS Priority to our mailing address. Please be aware that shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Also, we will issue only 90% refund for the price you paid for the item because we should take care of the financial charge issued by a credit card company. Absolutely no returns will be made after 30 days
Shipping and Delivery

How long it will take?
We quickly dispatch your item, usually one day after you placed your order. Your shipping cost will be calculated automatically by our system. But If the total weight of your items is over limit, the shipping cost may not be calculated automatically and then we will contact you after recalculate the shipping cost.

2) Canada : UPS Standard to Canada, UPS Worldwide, International Priority Mail
3) Other countries : International Priority Mail, UPS Worldwide Expedited, UPS Worldwide Saver (Express)
We do not deliver to P.O.Boxes

Next Business Day (USPS Next Day Air Saver) --> Delivery typically by 03:00 PM
2 Business Days (USPS 2nd Day Air) --> Delivery typically by end of day
3 Business Days (USPS 3 Day Select) --> Delivery by end of day
1-5 Business Days(UPS Ground and US Postal Service) --> Delivery based on distance to destination
If you are outside of the USA,
International Priority Mail and UPS Worldwide services are available.
International Priority Mail usually takes 6-10 business days after shipped for delivery, respectively.
However, it depends on destinations and no time guaranteed delivery.
If your package weighs over 27 pounds (12kg), shipping rate will be recalculated after the order and will send new rate for confirmation.
UPS Worldwide delivers within 6 business days. (Saver Express : 2~3 business days , Expedited : 5~6 business days) It is more expensive than International Priority Mail but very reliable. You need to pay the customs to add import duties, taxes, and fees when UPS delivers the package.
If you order items more than 100 pounds (45 kg), you'd better use UPS Worldwide because the shipping rates become closer to those of International Priority Mail. You are reponsible for any customs, fees or other additional charges that may be placed on the shipment. Please be aware that we do not know import regulations of your country. Because every country has own restrictions & prohibitions for certain items or ingredients, this is your responsibility to figure out the restrictions before ordering items. $$$ Please make sure that your shipping address is 100% right. If the address is corrected by UPS or any delivery agent, the correction fee ($11) will be charged without notice. (address correction fee by UPS + payment transaction fee) You are responsible for charges incurred by the refusal or return of package by providing us wrong information. The charges inculde sending and returning shipping fees, taxes and duties, and carrier's processing fees.
Got a Problem with a Delivery?
If you are in the USA, double check your address and email us (INFO@ABRADEL.com). We will let you know the tracking number for your package.
If you are outside of the USA and did not receive your package 30 days after International Priority Mail shipment, email us for investigation. It will take 12~16 weeks to finish the investigation. We will issue a full refund for the price you paid after the investigation. If you do not receive your package 30 days after shipment, please email us. We will file a claim to the US Postal Service. It will take 8~16 weeks to have it resulted and we will let you know the result by email.

  • Free delivery on all orders for salon and barber shop customers within a 25 mile radius.
  • Salons and barbershops should register at www.abradel.com or call 407-704-1521 and give us their license number to receive the discount and free delivery.
